Be sure to join us for our September 18 event!
Whether it is just picking up the phone and asking for a price or crafting a complex RFQ/RFP from your company’s template, the task of soliciting bids is one the most of basic yet can also be one of the most complex things we do. Besides requesting for price and leadtime, writing a complete RFQ will reduce the amount of effort on reviewing bids that are late or incomplete, and reduce the amount of discussion you may have with your supplier later on payment terms, terms and conditions, quality requirements, and shipping incoterms. For September, we will discuss what important elements that should be in your next RFQ to ensure that you receive timely and complete bids from your suppliers.
